Three Flights Up Gallery is located in suite 301 of the Emporium Center for the Arts and Culture, 100 S. Gay St. Knoxville, TN. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Convenient paid parking is available on Jackson Ave. or the is a free parking garage on State St. behind the Tennessee Theatre.
